The Nyero Rock Paintings

Teso Land is blessed to be home to a variety of Historical sites and very key among them are the Nyero Rock Painting in Kumi. These paintings have been credited by Archeologists as having been done by the early human who inhabited the earth. The paintings are so fascinating and a key milestone in trying to explain the ancient human settlements.

The Nyero Rock Paintings have been preserved by the Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities in Uganda as one of the key historic and heritage sites for tourists to visit while in Eastern Uganda.
